i stayed in a well-laid-out suite on the 16th floor and it was very clean i found everything to be well-considered there the staff were helpful with questions i had the room was spacious and clean they provided a travel adaptor which was handy. the hotel location allowed easy access to many places it also had a large pick-up area the bedding was perfect for a full rest i appreciated the provided chromecast in the tv. i was very happy to see that the room size was decent the staff were professional and accommodating to elderly guests which was really appreciated

the premier king room included a king-size bed with high-quality linens the bathroom had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower there was also a well-stocked mini-bar and complimentary tea and coffee making facilities.

the gym contained three treadmills two stationary bikes and a selection of free weights the pool area featured twenty loungers and a shaded section the hotel also has a spa offering various treatments including massages and facials.

the concierge team was available 24/7 to assist with any inquiries or requests the breakfast service included a wide range of options including both western and asian dishes the staff were consistently attentive and helpful in ensuring my comfort.

The hotel was very clean. I found the staff to be really helpful. I appreciated the signature scent in the lobby (it was a welcome change from the busy streets). An umbrella was available to borrow during a rainy day, super useful. The room was soundproof, which i value a lot. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious, so i really enjoyed my stay.
The outdoor pool was a bit small.

The staff remembered my breakfast order after a few days at the food gallery. Extra converters were provided quickly. The reception staff (mandy) was particularly wonderful and helpful.

The breakfast buffet was extensive and tasty. I enjoyed light snacks at the club lounge. The dinner at tang court was top notch. The quality and presentation were great.

The hotel is within walking distance to the harbour. It is also near the star ferry and the mtr. Many restaurants and shopping malls are nearby (the location is prime).

poor insulationlukewarm food
The hotel had a few issues i couldn't ignore. the lack of soundproofing was a real problem, as i could constantly hear street noise. also, the executive lounge felt quite cramped, especially during peak hours. i expected a better experience for the price i paid (thought, i don't know why i expected it). the breakfast buffet didn't impress me much either. Some items were barely lukewarm.

i found the location very convenient near the station. the room was a superior king it was very clean. breakfast at the ground floor was great with a wide variety. staffs were helpful they were assets to the hotel.
the gym can get a bit crowded during peak hours.

the location is close TO the Star Ferry. It is also near many restaurants. the facilities and lobby are beautiful. Chiu Ying Ying exemplified the high service levels. SHE were really good too ensure a nice stay.
the room i stayed in seemed a bit dated to me. i did not see any usb chargers available. A lamp fixture was crooked in MY room.

the hotel is easy to find from the airport bus. THERE are two MRT stations nearby. ALL the shops are in walking distance. this makes getting around MUCH easier.
